CONFIRMATION OR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING POLICY
It is our practice policy that all appointments will be confirmed 48 hours in advance, either by email or by phone. You will be contacted by Reception to confirm your appointment three days in advance.
If your appointment is not confirmed by yourself within 48 hours in advance, then your appointment will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
If you wish to make another appointment after this we reserve the right to take a deposit of a minimum of £45.00 to secure your next appointment at the practice. The deposit may be higher depending on the extent of the treatment you require.
